Texas A&M University, Public Policy Research Institute is starting their biennial survey of injured employees on behalf of the Texas Department of Insurance, Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group (REG). The results will be used in REG’s Network Report Card required by law.

Tyler Beverages bottles and distributes soft drinks and other beverages, and packages and wholesales bagged and block ice. The company employs 98 people in the Tyler area.

TDI immediately took the application offline, quickly fixed the issue, and started an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the event.
